The 11th president of India, from 2002 to 2007, A.P.J. Abdul Kalam was born on 15 October 1931 at Rameswaram in India into a Muslim family. The elaboration of APJ is Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen and his full name is Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam. His father’s name was Jainulabdeen, who was an Imam of local Mosque and boat owner and mother Ashiamma, who was a homemaker. APJ Abdul Kalam was a fifth of his parent’s five sons.
